Project Agreement

A project begins only after:

• Proposal approval
• Required advance payment
• Scope confirmation

Payments

Payments must be made according to agreed milestones.

Delayed payments may pause development.

Final delivery will be provided after complete payment.

GST or applicable taxes will be charged where required.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing:

• Content
• Images
• Logos
• Domain access
• Hosting credentials
• Required approvals
• Project feedback within a reasonable time

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of the developed project transfers to the client unless otherwise agreed.

Softcurious Technologies retains ownership of:

• Development tools
• Internal frameworks
• Libraries
• Source templates
• Reusable components

Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party services including:

• Payment gateways
• Hosting providers
• Domain registrars
• APIs
• Social media platforms

Warranty

We provide support for agreed warranty periods only.

Warranty does not cover:

• Third-party changes
• Client modifications
• Server failures
• Hacking incidents
• Force majeure events

Limitation of Liability

Softcurious Technologies shall not be liable for:

• Business losses
• Revenue loss
• Data loss
• Indirect damages
• Consequential damages

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant project.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private.

Termination

Either party may terminate the project with written notice.

Payments made for completed work are non-refundable.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
